Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time payment, 12 months of access

Our launch offer is a one-time payment that unlocks 12 months of full access for each Explorer. There is no monthly subscription and nothing renews automatically — access simply ends 12 months after activation.

How billing works

• Each Explorer is unlocked with a single one-time payment through Gumroad.
• Access lasts 12 months from the activation date. There are no recurring charges.
• Each Explorer has its own seat. Removing an Explorer immediately locks that seat.
• The first Explorer is billed at the base rate; additional Explorers at the sibling rate shown on the pricing page.

Refunds

Because access is granted for a full 12-month window on a one-time payment, we handle refunds case by case:

• Within 14 days of purchase and before significant use — we'll refund in full.
• You were double-charged — we'll refund the duplicate in full.
• The service was materially broken for you and we couldn't resolve it — contact us within 14 days of the charge.
• Where local consumer law grants you a right to a refund, that right always applies.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@tomorrowskids-tkd.ai from the email on your account, with the charge date and a short description. We'll reply within 2 business days.
