Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian creating the account) and Tomorrow's Kids ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose Explorer profile you create. Only a parent or guardian may create the parent account, add or remove Explorers, and manage payment. Children access content through Explorer profiles under your supervision.

3. Accounts and Explorer profiles

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for all activity on your account. You confirm that any information you provide (including any child's first name or nickname) is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.

4. Payment, access, and cancellation

• Access is unlocked with a one-time payment through Gumroad and lasts 12 months from the activation date.
• There is no monthly subscription and nothing renews automatically. Access ends 12 months after activation unless you purchase again.
• The first Explorer is billed at the base price; each additional Explorer is billed at the sibling rate shown on the pricing page.
• Removing an Explorer immediately locks the seat associated with that Explorer.

5. License and content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the stories, videos, badges, certificates, and other content in the service for your family's own non-commercial use. You may print or download the personalized PDFs (stories, badges, certificates, "What I Learned" pages) for your child's personal use.

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or publicly perform the content; (b) remove copyright or attribution notices; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; (d) use the service to build a competing product.

6. Acceptable use

Don't do anything unlawful, abusive, or that interferes with the service or other users. Don't upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe; sign-in may use Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. There is no subscription to cancel — access simply ends 12 months after activation. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of the country where you live.
